TBS 930 - Configuration 
1) Make sure that the ribbon cable is connected to the card with the red
   stripe facing the bottom of the card (toward the motherboard). 

2) Make sure the cable is correctly plugged into both rows of pins.

Note: There are no jumpers on this card.  All settings are controlled by
      software.  In Windows 95, the settings are controlled by Plug'n'Play.
