If the following dialog box appears during the driver installation, click
"Install this driver software anyway" to proceed with the driver installation.
"To uninstall from the Windows Control Panel"
In Windows XP or 2000, open "Add or Remove Programs", select the "Turtle
Beach Product" from the list, and then click on the 'Remove' button.
In Windows Vista, open "Programs and Features" select the "Turtle Beach
Product" from the list, and then click on the 'Uninstall' button that
appears at the top of the "Programs and Features" screen.
"Setting as . . . the default device"
To check if the "Turtle Beach Product" is set as the default audio device
in Windows Vista, click Start > Control Panel > Sound. If you are using
standard PC speaker or headphones, check that 'Speakers - Turtle Beach
Product Name' is set as the Default Playback Device, as shown in the
illustration below. If you are using a TOSLINK cable to connect to an
external digital decoder (such as your home theater 5.1 receiver), then
select 'Digital Output - Turtle Beach Product' as the Default Playback
Device.
