MIDI - Playback through Keyboard instead of the Sound Card
In order to route your MIDI sound to play through your External MIDI Keyboard
or Synth instead of hearing the sounds from your soundcard, please do this:

   - In the application, click on Options > MIDI Port Setup.

   - For 'MIDI Output' you will probably see 'MIDI Mapper'.

   - Click on the words, 'MIDI Mapper' and you will get a dropdown box with
     other options.

   - Make sure you are seeing all of your options by using the up and down
arrow keys on your computer keyboard.

   - Try selecting each option that appears until you are able to hear sound
coming from your external keyboard instead.

   - Consult with your MIDI Keyboard manual to make sure that it is receiving
on the same MIDI channel as the program.

                                    ****

Since every Sound Card is different, we could not tell you which option to
select from the MIDI Output drop-down menu. As an example, our Turtle Beach
Santa Cruz must be set to 'Santa Cruz External MIDI' in order to route the
signal to the external MIDI Keyboard.

If no driver is listed in this window, then there is a problem with the
Sound Card driver installation that needs to be addressed to Sound Card
or Computer manufacturer.
