There are a number of possible problems and solutions regarding your problems
with getting your computer to recognize your MIDI In signal:
1. In most software there is usually an option to select the MIDI input
source. Make sure it's configured to TB USB MIDI 1x1. Please see your
software's documentation for further assistance as we are not able to
provide support for 3rd party software applications.
2. Is the MIDI In cable connected to your keyboard's MIDI Out port?
3. Is your musical keyboard properly configured to transmit a MIDI signal?
There may be a physcial switch on the back of your keyboard or a setting
within its MIDI menu functions. Please see your keyboard's owner's manual
for further assistance with this.

If you're still having a problem, please tell us what operating system you're
using. Also if you had any problem installing the TB USB MIDI driver.
Was the USB MIDI cable detected during the driver installation?
Do you get MIDI input in the little MIDI test utility in the System Tray?
