Windows Update:
    Do not install updated drivers for your Catalina card via Windows Update.
    Those are generic chipset drivers and they will only give you basic
    functionality. Also the Catalina Control Panel is NOT included with them.
    Updated drivers for the Catalina will only be available from our website.

    If you already updated via Windows Update, please Uninstall the driver 
    and shutdown. Disconnect your Internet connection and boot up. Then,
    install the Turtle Beach driver available at our "FTP Files Download Area"

No Control Panel (Envy Drivers installed)
Q:  I think it may be because it adds the drivers automatically and doesn't 
    allow me to cancel.  If I uninstall the drivers, they get reinstalled
    automatically.  I don't even have to reboot.  It reinstalls the Envy 
    drivers right after I use the CD to uninstall them.  How do I get XP to
    stop installing the drivers?
 
A:  Just run our drivers after Windows is done installing the Envy drivers.
    It's probably getting the drivers via the Internet. You can also try
    disconnecting your network connection just for the Installation and then
    re-enable it.
