Connections - TV Connection into the Sound Card: 
Q:  I would like to input the sound from my RCA cables coming from the T.V.
    into the card and then output the signal through the digital optical
    output cable into my Klipsch speakers. Is it possible to perform this 
    conversion and will the conversion up sample the audio from the T.V. into
    a quasi 5.1 surround sound of in stereo.

A:  -  Connect the TV Out to the Line In on the card 
    -  Open the Sound Card's Control Panel and click on the Record tab 
    -  Select the Line In as the recording source 
    -  Click on the Digital Out tab and enable digital out 
    -  Select Loop Back Record in to S/PDIF Out 

    The output will not be 5.1. There is no 5.1 information going in. It will
    be 2 channel stereo (PCM).

    NOTE: Depending on the TV you might need a Pre-Amp or Mixer to fine tune
          the signal between the TV and your Sound Card. Please be extremely
          careful when connecting external devices to your Card. It is very
          easy to 'fry' your Card (Not Supported By Any Warranty) if you do 
          not have a good foundation on Stereo components and Audio in
          general.
