Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager >
Under 'Sound, video and game controllers' 
the following devices should be listed: 

WINDOWS 98 / MILLENNIUM:
  - Turtle Beach Riviera 
  - Gameport Joystick

WINDOWS XP / 2000 Pro:
  - Turtle Beach Riviera
  - Standard Game Port (not supported in Windows Vista)

WINDOWS VISTA:
  - Turtle Beach Riviera Wave
