Click Start
Point to Settings
Click Control Panel from the submenu
Click the Devices tab
At the bottom of the box, click Add
From the list of Drivers, click Unlisted or Updated Driver then,
Click OK
Place the driver diskette into the floppy drive
In the Install Driver box, type in the name of the floppy drive (A:)
Click OK
The Add Unlisted or Updated Driver dialog box appears, 
Select the Turtle Beach Pinnacle
Click OK
The Configuration dialog box appears,
Set the Control Port or other settings to match the card - 
click OK
Restart Now.
