Connections - S/PDIF Digital I/O Bracket
1) You must have an empty ISA or PCI expansion slot available for the bracket.
The bracket does not use the ISA or PCI slot on the motherboard, just the
opening on the computer's back panel. Remove the expansion slot's cover
and save the securing screw for later.

2) Set jumper JP1 to Microphone Input (this is the default setting).

   X=on, O=off

JP1: (close to the Microphone jack on the upper right of the card)

              X - X O
              X - X O

3) There will be two pins left uncovered on the JP1 jumper block (the two
closest to the back of the computer). Take the wires coming from the
Digital I/O Bracket and attach them to these two uncovered pins on JP1
so that the red wire is towards the *top* of the Fiji/Pinnacle, and
the white wire is towards the *bottom* of the card (toward the computer's
   motherboard).

     JP1:

        X - X O <-- RED wire from I/O Bracket
        X - X O <-- WHITE wire from I/O Bracket

4) Place the Digital I/O Bracket in the expansion slot opening on the back of
the computer. Secure it using the screw you saved in Step 1.

5) Close the computer case and connect proper RCA cables from the Digital I/O
Bracket to your digital audio device(s).
