The "PROHB" message is most likely due to a digital loop, and not the SCMS 
(Serial Copy Management System) bits. 

Be sure that you do NOT have both the input and output S/PDIF cables 
connected between the DAT and the Pinnacle at once.  (This can cause 
digital "feedback", with each input data stream being replicated at the 
output.  This will most likely result in sync loss and erroneous data, 
such as mistaken SCMS bits in the packet headers.)
