Resource conflict during cold boot
If the card works without a problem until the machine is physically turned
off and then restarted (a "cold boot"), this might indicate a Windows 9x
PnP issue.

The problem is that sometimes one or more devices are resetting their
configuration (IRQ, address) information when the system restarts.

To fix this, it is necessary to stop Windows from re-allocating resources
for these devices:

1. Get the system working.
2. Open the Device Manager.
3. Select the device that is conflicting with your Pinn/Fiji.
4. View the Resources and de-select "USE AUTOMATIC SETTINGS".
5. You may want to turn off Automatic Settings for the Pinn/Fiji itself,
   as well.
