Effects - How to change effects from a sequencer
With Pinnacle, one Chorus-type effect and one Reverb-type effect are
available for the MIDI channels.

The Reverb and Chorus type selected affects all 16 MIDI channels. The
effect level can then be controlled for each individual channel.

To select one of the Reverbs, send the following messages in a sequencer track:

The format of the message is: MIDI controller, value.

To change effects, use the NRPN (non-registered parameter number)
controller:

NRPN MSB 99, 00; NRPN LSB 98, 01; DATA 06, (01-09, select from list below)

  01. Room 1
  02. Room 2
  03. Room 3
  04. Hall 1
  05. Hall 2
  06. Plate
  07. Delay
  08. Pan Delay
  09. Pan Delay 2

To change the depth of the reverb, send the following message:

101 127 (RPN MSB)
100 127 (RPN LSB)

then send CC:91 to select the Reverb Depth
e.g. 91 64 for half-way, or 91 127 for maximum.

NRPNs don't have to be re-sent to select another Reverb. Simply send
"Data 06" followed by the Reverb code. This will work as long as an
additional NRPN isn't sent to select the Chorus. At that point, the
NRPNs will have to be re-sent to choose a Reverb.

To select a Chorus, send the following:

  99 00 98 02 06 (01-08, select from list below)

  01. Chorus 1
  02. Chorus 2
  03. Chorus 3
  04. Chorus 4
  05. Set Chorus Feedback
  06. Flanger
  07. Short Delay
  08. Short Delay Feedback

To change the depth of the chorus, send the following messages:

  101 127 (RPN MSB)
  100 127 (RPN LSB)

then send CC:93 to select the Chorus Depth
e.g. 93 64 for half-way, or 93 127 for maximum.
