AXT & Xbox - Mic Sound Quality
Q: When the EarForce AXT is plugged into an XBOX the mic sound quality is
very poor and low. The mic level is low to other gamers and the mic sound
coming from Xbox Live is low and only in one ear. It would have helped if
there was a way to control the audio and mic levels for Xbox Live.

A: The problem you experience is not an issue with our Headphones. This is
a simple Configuration Setting from within Xbox that you need to setup
before you can enjoy the full features of the product:

    - Please Goto Xbox Live Options Configuration to Setup the X-Box
    - Configure it to use the System Speakers
This will send the mic Sound from the X-Box Live to all Speakers.

If this does not affect the specific game you are playing, you may need
to setup the game as well. Each game is setup differently, so here is
    an example from "Halo 2":
    - Start
    - Settings
    - Voice Output
    - Speakers Only
This setting should give you mic sound on all Speakers.

    NOTES:
    - Your game may support Positional Audio, which will create a dimensional
sound effect in the audio spectrum.
    - The closer you are facing your 'partner' inside the game
(not physically) the better you can hear them.
