I cannot hear other players 
In order to hear others during online play, you may need to change the Xbox 
Live settings to 'Play Over Speakers'. This will allow you to hear other
people talking via the headphones. Please see your game/Xbox documentation 
for more detail. 

However, in most but not all games, you can adjust the level of the Game
Sounds/Effects and the Game Music Soundtrack, as well as the Game Chat. 
Please look in the game's settings and adjust them as follows: 
 
1. Game Sounds/Effects: 50% 
2. Game Music Soundtrack: 50% 
3. Game Chat : 100% (all the way up) 
 
The above is just a starting point, and you should adjust these settings 
to your preferences. 
 
In the Xbox Live personal settings panel, make sure the sound is set to: 
      'Play Over Speakers' 
This will send the Chat channel to the AXT headphones.
