Q:  Can I use a X3 earphone talk back cable on a X2 earphone set? If not, 
    is there an adapter available to connect the X43 talkback cable to 
    the X2 earphones?

A:  The "talkback" (Xbox Controller Cables) are not interchangeable and there
    is no adapter for this.
