While the design of the EarForce X2 headphones was optimized for use with the
Microsoft Xbox game consoles, they work great for CD-quality music playback on
computers, or for use with CD, MP3 or MiniDisk players and the like. 

For best results and highest fidelity playback, we recommend keeping the INPUT
LEVEL switch at its LOW setting. If the input level is too high, the X2 AGC
circuit will act as a 'limiter' on the audio program material. Please keep the
input level to the headphone at a medium level, and you will be rewarded with
full-fidelity music playback with all the convenience of wireless technology. 

The X2 microphone is designed for use with Microsoft's Xbox Live technology,
and so cannot be used directly into a PC's Microphone Input.
