Reversed L/R outputs 
Q:  The sounds from the Left go to the Right headphone and vice versa. 

A:  The RIGHT and LEFT earpieces are labeled on the sides of the headphones.
    The microphone gooseneck is on the RIGHT earcup, while some users might
    expect it to be on the left. 

    If however you find that they are indeed reversed, this is only a labeling
    issue. You can always connect the red cable to the white cable coming from
    the Xbox, and white to the Xbox's red (switch L and R). No harm will be 
    done and the sounds will come from the correct direction, since Xbox does
    not 'care' about L / R labeling or Red / White colors.
