It has come to our attention that some of our customers have experienced 
occasional sound "Drop-Outs" when loud explosions, gunshots, etc. occur.

After investigating the issue, we have found that the cause of this is usually
that the transmitter base has been bumped or moved out of alignment with the 
headset.    

If you experience this issue, please make sure that you have a clear view of 
the base unit and that the transmitter is pointed directly at your location.
   

If this does not help, please make sure that you have the AUDIO LEVEL switch 
set to LOW. If on HIGH, and you play very loud sounds, the AGC circuit may 
mute the audio to protect the earspeakers (and your ears!) from overload.
