On-Line Order - Change of Address - Wrong product - Incorrect info - Tracking info, etc.
Any changes you may need to make to your on-line order, please Reply ASAP 
to the Order Confirmation Email, that has all the info related to the 
on-line order.

Alternatively, if the order confirmation email is not available, you may send 
an email ASAP to:

Please note that any changes for electronically processed on-line orders 
must be submitted in writing.  

IMPORTANT WARNING!
  Please do not submit a second order to correct errors in the first order, 
  as this will only create a DUPLICATE order that will be electronically 
  processed along with the original. Instead, please email ASAP with 
  the correct info, always referencing the Order Number and date.
