Replacement Parts - Pucks - Pictures, Description, Comparison 
Replacement Parts Cables etc. are not available for purchase on our Web Site,
at Retail Stores or over the phone. They are processed exclusively via email
by our Support Staff. This is to avoid any misunderstandings resulting in 
shipments of the wrong part, since cables can often be confusing. The three 
Pucks are quite different in design and functionality and they are not 
interchangeable: ONLY the X3 and X4 Pucks are the same.
