1) Make sure you are using the latest available drivers.
2) Launch the Patch Editor program and adjust the Tuning parameter:
a) If the Patch Editor is not yet installed, download it from the
Voyetra Turtle Beach FTP site (ftp.voyetra.com/pub/tbs/pinn/ppe1-0.zip)
or from www.tbeach.com, in Support -> FTP Files Download Area ->
MultiSound Pinnacle -> ppe1-0.zip.
b) Click Start -> Programs -> TBS Pinnacle Patch Editor ->
Pinnacle Patch Editor -> Options -> Tuning
c) In the Tuning Configuration window, adjust the horizontal cursor until
it shows +0 Cents (relative to A440).
Note: The same may be achieved through the Patch Librarian.
The Patch Editor is recommended, as it is more powerful.
3) For Pinnacle Rev F and 200k Refurb boards only:
Set the Pinnacle's PCMIXER settings for Digital Synth back to the
48 kHz playback rate.
a) Start -> Programs -> TBS Pro Audio -> Audio Mixer -> Digital Synth
b) Click on Advanced -> Select 48 kHz.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE A DIGITAL SYNTH FADER IN THE PC MIXER:
1) Click on the mixer icon in the upper left hand corner of the PC Mixer.
2) In the drop down menu, choose Configure Mixer…
3) In the Configure Mixer window, click on the Record button.
4) Now in the Driver section to the lower left, click on Digital Synth to
make it highlighted. Then click on the Add button in the Mixer section
to the right.
5) The Digital Synth should now appear in the Mixer section. Click OK to
save the change.
6) You should now see an audio level fader and Advanced button for the
Digital Synth in the Record section of the PC Mixer.
