S/PDIF - Digital I/O with Yamaha 01V digital mixer 
If you are unable to get S/PDIF Out from the Pinnacle / Fiji digital I/O 
to work with the S/PDIF In on a Yamaha 01V digital mixer: 

1) Set the 01V to send/receive 16-bit 44 kHz data (with dither off).

2) Disconnect the RCA plug from the Pinnacle S/PDIF In jack. 

3) Open TBS Pro Audio Mixer.  Select, and then deselect Line In and Digital In
   Unlocked.  

4) The 01V will display an error message stating "Caution: Wrong Word Clock".

5) TURN DOWN your monitoring system BEFORE step 6 (the next step will produce 
   a LOUD transient "POP" that can blow out tweeters and amplifiers). 

6) Reset the 01V (page 1 in Setup Menu -> Auto-Navigate), and the 01V's 
   S/PDIF In should start receiving data.  

CAUTION: When the 01V loses sync with other digital sources (such as DATs,
  MiniDiscs, etc.) it will mute the S/PDIF Input and display the "Caution: 
  Wrong Word Clock" message.  You will then need to reset the 01V (page 1 in 
  Setup Menu -> Auto-Navigate).  After the reset, the 01V will come back on 
  with a LOUD transient "POP" that can blow out tweeters and amplifiers.  
  You must TURN DOWN your monitoring system BEFORE you reset the 01V's Word
  Clock sync.
