Universal Install - general driver for most TB CD-ROM drives 
Universal Install is an installation program with a driver for all of 
our CD-ROM drives (various exceptions are listed below). 

This driver has an "auto-detect" feature - the driver searches through 
the IDE standards for a CD-ROM drive that will respond to it.  This saves 
you the trouble of manually entering parameters for the CD-ROM you are
installing. 

The install program is "tb_ide.zip", and can be downloaded from the Voyetra
Turtle Beach FTP site. 

The file will install any Turtle Beach CD-ROM drive, with the following 
exceptions: 

* Torisan CDR-S1G
  a) A 4x drive. 
  b) Included in the TBS4002 and TBS 900 kits. 
  c) Identified by the white faceplate (instead of beige) and the phrase 
     "4x-Speed" written on the right hand side of the tray in raised 
     letters.  
  d) Use the "tbs-4xt.zip" install utility for this drive. 

* Torisan CDR-S3G
  a) A 4x, 3-disc changer. 
  b) Use the "3000_104.zip" install utility for this drive.

Also, if you purchased a multimedia kit that had a sound card and CD-ROM 
drive together, then DO NOT download this file.  The correct files are 
detailed on the tech sheet included with the kit.
