7400 kit (7 disk changer) - Dip switch settings 
The 6 dip switches on the back of the unit set various options. 

Note that the 'On' position is switch-down.  

From left to right they are:

SCSI Terminator: On to terminate if the drive is the last device on the chain

SCSI Parity Check: On is enabled (default)

SCSI 2 Compatibility: On (default).  DO NOT CHANGE.  

SCSI ID number: The last three switches set the SCSI ID number.  The three 
  switches, respectively, are set to 4, 2, 1 when turned On (zero when Off). 
  By adding the numbers, you get 0 through 7.  Settings are as follows: 

       4    2    1
  0 - off, off, off
  1 - off, off,  on
  2 - off,  on, off
  3 - off,  on,  on
  4 -  on, off, off
  5 -  on, off,  on
  6 -  on,  on, off
  7 -  on,  on,  on
