Win 3.1 - Can't play CD audio
1) Open Main -> Control Panel -> Drivers.
2) Add [MCI] CD Audio. (Install this even if it is already listed.)
3) If Windows asks you to use Current or New drivers choose New.
4) Restart Windows and CD audio should now work.
