HDD failure errors on bootup after installing a CD-ROM
Possible problems:
1. The hard drive cable was knocked loose when attaching the CD-ROM
drive cable.
2. The CD-ROM drive cable is on backwards.
3. The CD-ROM drive is slaved off the hard drive, and the IDE card
cannot support that combination.
