Click Start | Settings | Control Panel | System | Device Manager
Under 'Sound, video and game controllers'  
the following devices should be listed: 

  * TBS-2000 PnP Audio Hardware
  * TBS-2000 PnP Control Registers (or CS4232 Support Registers) 
  * TBS-2000 Wavefront Synthesizer
  * Gameport Joystick
  * MPU-401 Compatible
