Board Configuration 
The TBS-2000 is a Plug'n'Play card, and has only one jumper on it, labeled 
"JP2."  This is used to enable/disable the EIDE Connector.  

The jumper block has three positions.  From left to right they are:

* Secondary IDE port (address 170, IRQ 15)
* Primary IDE port (address 1F0, IRQ 14)
* Disabled (default)
