Joystick - Enabling the joystick (Win 3.1) 
The Tropez joystick is enabled by the following line in the "TZACDOS.INI": 

  GAME_PORT=ENABLED

To disable the joystick controller, change this line to read

  GAME_PORT=DISABLED

The Tropez joystick controller will only work if there are no other joystick 
controllers in the system.  

One common problem is that the I/O card has a joystick port connection, but 
the actual adapter is not in place.  In such a case, it may seem that there 
are no other joystick controllers in the system, but the I/O card is 
conflicting with the Tropez joystick controller.
