Hardware FAQ 
Be sure that the latest drivers (4.00.36) are installed.  

From the Device Manager, set the DMA channels for Turtle Beach Tropez 
to one of these three pairs: 0,1; 1,0 ; or 1,3.

If one of the DMA 'paired' channels is not available, the card will be forced 
into half-duplex mode.
