Selected IRQ not responding (DOS)
This message appears when running "setupsnd.exe", and indicates that either 
the IRQ is in use, or the port setting selected does not match the hardware
settings. 

Try a different IRQ (5, 9, 12, or 15) and confirm the port address matches 
the hardware.  

The port setting is set by a jumper on the sound card itself. 

This error can also occur if "setupsnd.exe" has been run with different 
settings earlier in that DOS session.  To avoid this error, restart the 
computer before running "setupsnd.exe" with new settings.
