Board not found (Win 3.1) 
This usually indicates a discrepancy between the hardware settings and the 
[tropmidi.drv] section of the "SYSTEM.INI" file.  (The error occurs when the 
hardware settings are changed, but not the "SYSTEM.INI" file.)

Check to see that the hardware and software settings match.
