Interrupt Error, 09D0 (Win 3.1) 
This error indicates that the interrupt selected (in the "[tropmidi.drv]" 
section of the "SYSTEM.INI" file) is not free.  

To find a free interrupt, run "SETUPSND" in DOS.  If SETUPSND completes 
successfully in DOS, it usually will work in Windows.
