DOS Games - No Digital Audio in DOS games
The Tropez can provide digital audio in DOS through either Sound Blaster or
Windows Sound System emulation. To switch between these types of emulation,
you need to use the tzmode command with the following switches -s or -w.

Example:

c:\tropez\dosapps\tzmode -s Puts the Tropez in Sound Blaster mode
c:\tropez\dosapps\tzmode -w Puts the Tropez in WSS mode

The tzmode command line should be run immediately before entering the game if
there are any problems.

If you are still not getting digital audio, then the mixer settings may be too
low to hear. This can be rectified by using the TZACMIX command to reset the
levels.
The command should read as follows:

TZACMIX W=xx Where xx is a number from 0 to 100 (start at 70)

If you are still having trouble, or if the sound is starting and stopping,
then you need to look into the amount of conventional memory available
(mem from the DOS prompt). If it is anything below 580, try freeing up more
conventional memory by running Memmaker or manually "loading high" other
devices.
