DOS Games - no General MIDI 
Loss of General MIDI in the DOS environment is usually caused by the 
"setupsnd" utility not completing successfully. 

Try running "setupsnd.exe" with a different IRQ selected: 

  c:\tbeach\setupsnd /i9 /a330 c:\windows\system\wftrop.mot
