If the Tropez installation locks up Windows, you need to find out which
settings are locking it up.  Try putting a semi-colon (;) in front of each one
of the drivers, then launching Windows to see which driver is locking it up. 
Once you determine which one is the problem driver, remove the semi-colon and
try some different settings for that driver.
