Error messages in DOS 
SETUPSND.EXE Errors

* "Selected IRQ not Properly Responding"
----------------------------------------  
   This error means that either the IRQ is in use, or the port setting
   selected does not match the hardware settings.  
   Try one of the other IRQ's (5,9,12,15) and a new port address. 

* "Operating System Specified Could Not be Found"
------------------------------------------------- 
   This usually means that OSWF.MOT and/or its path were not properly 
   specified in the command line. 

* "TZACDOS.INI File Not Found"
------------------------------
   This is a quirky little error we've run into in some systems.  It can
   usually be solved by moving the tzmode.exe line to the top of the 
   CONFIG.SYS.
