DOS Games - MS - DOS Game compatibility in DOS shell (Win 3.1) 
When you try to play a DOS based game through a DOS shell in Windows, 
the Tropez uses the settings in the sndsys.drv section to play the game.  
If the IRQ settings are not on 7 or 10, and the DMA on 1, then the Tropez 
is unable to provide this capability.  
The best solution is to use 7 or 10 and DMA 1.
If this is not possible, then change OldMSDOSGameCompatibility=1 to equal 0 
instead.
