This is often caused by a Plug'n'Play BIOS.
If the Plug'n'Play BIOS is active, and you are using DOS / Windows 3.1x, make
sure that:
1) The line in the "CONFIG.SYS" file reads like:
Device=C:\TBEACH\DOSAPPS\TBS2001.EXE
2) The line is at the top of the CONFIG.SYS file
3) The file "CONFIG.SYS" has not been corrupt (file size)
