Sierra - Return Code 266 (Win 3.1) 
This indicates that the [MCI] CD Audio driver is not installed. 
This driver is part of the Windows Multimedia Services.  

Add this driver as follows: 

1. Open Main -> Control Panel -> Drivers. 
2. Click [Add]. 
3. Choose "[MCI] CD Audio" and click [OK].
4. Insert the appropriate Windows disk and click [OK].  
5. When the driver is installed a "One CD-ROM detected" message will appear.
