Two fonts must be installed in order to print correctly: 

 1) Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel.
 2) Double-click on Fonts.
 3) Select File -> Install New Font (an "Add Fonts" window will appear.)
 4) Double-click on the "C:" folder in the lower left box.
 5) Scroll down to the "Tbeach" folder (or the folder where you installed 
    the applications). 
 6) Double-click on the folder to open it (you should see a "Stratos"  
    folder).
 7) Double-click on the "Stratos" folder. 
 8) Now you will see two fonts listed in the upper box:
      WinSong TTF
      WinSong TTF Times
 9) Click [Select All] and then click [OK].
10) The Fonts will be installed and now the application should print 
    correctly.
