The following applies to the Retail Product only, for the original owner
and not for OEM, Second Hand, eBay, Auction, Clearance Markdown, Flea Market,
Garage / Yard Sales, etc. You cannot re-register a second hand product.
Dell or OEM Systems that came with a pre-installed Turtle Beach product do
not have a Product ID / Serial Number. They are not the Retail version and
they are supported by Dell or the System Integrator but not by Turtle Beach.

DISCONTINUED products will NOT function in newer systems that implement newer
Technologies. In fact, even if you had the Product ID for this old product
we would advise against even attempting to install it in newer systems because
it will not function. VTB assumes no responsibility if your brand new system
becomes unstable because you took the liberty to install an older program in
a new Technology that was NOT Supported by this product. New Registrations /
Activations for Discontinued products are not possible and new Product IDs
cannot be generated.

If you no longer have your Product ID, you can still use the Hardware by
Downloading the Drivers posted on our FTP Files Download Area. In fact,
one should always do so, in order to ensure that you use the latest drivers
available for your product.
Product IDs are issued once, are unique per customer, non-transferable
(original owner only) and there are Copyright, Royalty, Licensing Fees
associated with each one. It is illegal to use a Product ID / License
that was not purchased by the User that is not "unique".

This service is offered as a courtesy and it is available ONLY via email.
Our TechSupport staff will be happy to look it up for you, after you provide
the exact information that was used at the time of the original Registration:
Full Name, Email Address, Mail Address, Phone Number.
If you DID Register but typed in the wrong Product ID or you made a typo,
TechSupp staff have no choice but give you the incorrect ID that you typed.
If you have not Registered your product, a new Software License should be
Purchased, after providing the proper documentation requested by our Support.
This is why we urge our Customers to Register their product, so that they
protect their investment and receive Technical Support.
Our Registration Database contains a few million records, so please be as
precise as possible, so we can help you retrieve your own unique Product ID.
If you have not registered, please do not send us on a 'wild goose chase'
and always keep in mind that it is not our fault if *you* failed to Register.
New Product IDs cannot be generated for Discontinued Products. Please
note that these products will not install or function anyway in new Systems.
Mixing and matching old with new Technologies is never a good idea and you
assume full responsibility for all potential problems that may occur.

Product IDs are unique per Customer and *cannot* be shared with other users.
All VTB Software is protected under US Copyright Laws and International Treaty
Provisions. Using an "illegal" non-licensed Product ID - Software that was
not purchased - constitutes copyright law infringement and is punishable. We
reserve the right to refuse Registrations that have violated this agreement.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the software, or any portion
of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be
prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.
The purchase price for the Software grants a non-transferable License to the
original OWNER to use one copy of the Software on a single computer. You may
make copies of the Software solely for archival purposes. Additional copies
must be purchased for use in additional computers.
