1) You cannot send an email from our Web Site. Instead, please open your
email program, create a new email and send your Technical Support request
or Replacement Part purchase, addressed to:
support@turtlebeach.com
NOTE: The above email address is NOT a clickable link! Please copy and
paste this email address into the To: field in your email, then
send it to us.
2) Please be sure to include your full name, your product's name and its
Product ID Number. (Headphone products do not have a Product ID Number.)
In order to ensure that your email will reach its destination, please type
the email address carefully and do NOT insert "WWW." in front of it. In order
to receive a response, please temporarily disable any "spam-blocking"
software.
Emails are answered on a *First Come First Serve* basis in the exact order
they are received Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 EST on business days only.

For fastest turnaround time, we strongly recommend using Email instead of Fax.
Fax is only recommended if you need to send your Credit Card number or other
sensitive info that requires a secure transmission.
Please be sure to include your complete name, product name, Product ID,
Fax number and email address.
Faxes are answered on a *First Come First Serve* basis.
Unless our Support Technicians ask you, please do not send any attachments,
emoticons, etc. that add unnecessary bandwidth to our Email Server. Emails
with large attachments will be placed into a 'suspect' quarantine folder and
they will not be replied to.
