Q: I am trying to upgrade, I enter my Product ID / Serial Number in order to
receive the discount and it ignores it or says wrong number. Please help.
A: Please make sure that you are entering your Product ID / Serial Number
in the appropriate Upgrade field from the UPGRADES Web Page. You can
enter your Product ID to receive a discount ONLY under the Upgrades page
of a Product. Please note that older versions of our products (meaning
more than 3-4 years before they were discontinued) do NOT qualify for
discounts. You cannot receive a discount from "DoPlus" or MOP" that was
purchased in 1995 or came 'bundled' with a Sound Card to the "Record
Producer" series since "DoPro" had been around for 8 years after "DoPlus"

If you first Check Out the product from the Product Page and then try to
enter your Prod ID in the field that reads: 'Enter A Coupon Code' it will
give you an error, because this field will accept ONLY a Special Coupon
Code that is a Limited Time Special offer. This field will not accept
the format of a Product ID for an Upgrade discount.

Please note that discounts CANNOT be applied retroactively, after the
fact. If you completed the Check Out process through our On Line store
without using your Product ID, we cannot reverse that and we have no
control over the purchase *you* made, since all charges and transactions
are handled AUTOMATICALLY by third party Financial Institutions.

You do NOT need to have the previous version installed. All our Downloads
are available as stand-alone programs in order to avoid confusion and
possible conflicts that may occur by mixing older and newer files. The
'upgrade' simply refers to upgrade pricing.
