OEM vs. Retail product
Q: What is the difference between Retail and OEM packages?

A: OEM packages are offered at a lower price than Retail packages as they
are not meant for 'End-Users' but for System Integrators & Manufacturers,
who are proficient in building Systems and purchase OEM versions in bulk
quantity. They may be available either as single items or in Bulk Packs.

The Retail package includes all drivers, software, manuals, accessories,
warranty as well as a Product ID / Serial Number for Registration and
Tech Support. OEM packages on the other hand are for System Integrators
or Resellers to include in computer systems they build, sell and support.

Any Software included with an OEM package was licensed to be installed
and used ONLY with that original Computer. If you upgrade your System,
you are not supposed to use parts, hardware or software with a different
    System.

OEM packages do not include drivers, software, manuals, accessories or
Product IDs and there is no warranty or Tech Support from VTB. All Tech
Support and Warranty issues are handled by the Reseller / System Builder
subject to their policies and not by VTB.

OEM products *usually* come in a white box or just in an anti-static bag.
If a CD-ROM is included, it is *usually* but not always labeled as OEM.
