Can you use other chargers? Like chargers for mobile phones. Can you the included cable on laptops? Also, can you charge while using?

    @ Justine

The headset uses a standard Micro USB connection. If you have other cables like from a cellphone, then those should be OK to charge the headset with as well.

You may charge it while using it if need be.

Just got mine yesterday and it's been charging for over 18 hours and the light on the headset is still red. I'm hoping this isn't a regular charge time.

@josh Wyatt I have read that sometimes it doesn't go green. You just havebto follow the charging hours at time. Also, do you experience the hissinh noise issue and frequent disconnection?

Actually after I did the firmware update mine turned green, that or the near 20 hours was finally enough charging. I'll be using it tonight so I'll let you know how it goes!

    How did it go bro?

Well no hissing, sound was rather good.. but I did experience the disconnects every 5 mins or so. And playing MW:Remaster with a party that caused a pretty significant issue.. when it would reconnect moments later I'd have to leave and rejoin the party to talk. The reviews on Amazon tell the same story, its running a 1.5 stars due to the issue. I'll give them a week or 2 to address it via firmware, then I'll return it if the issue persists.

Just purchased. Loved my old stealth 420 so picked this up. Total disappointment. Constant disconnects, sound locations way off and have to scream for friends in chat to hear me. Not too excited. Any advice for fixing these or do I just need to return to Best Buy?

It would be nice if you can make an update via firmware, to know the how much battery you have left on the xbox dashboard. As of now, you can only check your battery through the companion app on pc or mobile. It's a hassle or gamers to constantly connect to their phones or pc to check battery life of the headphones. It would be nice if it can be like the xbox one controller which you can see the battery life on the xbox itself. Just a suggestion. I'm loving my stealth 700!

    Hi there,

I bought the stealht 700 yesterday and did return it today cause in my left ear there was a beep (my girlfriend could also hear it). so i got myself a new stealth 700 hoping the problem was just with the first one i bought. unfortunately i now still have a stealth 700 wit a beep in my left ear (thought it is slightly better). also i just updated the firmware. Can you tell me why this is? i guess it has something to do with de mic? it very annoying.

also its still on when charging. when it is turned off and isnt charging then there is no beep. so maybe its the battery?

I bought my stealth 700 today. There is a constant buzzing in the left ear cup. Also, it disconnects every 5 minutes or so. How do I resolve this and update the firmware?
