PX24 - PC Setup

This article details a PC Setup for the PX24.

The SuperAmp included with the PX24 uses a single 3.5mm 4-pole plug to connect to devices with a headset (headphone/microphone combo) jack. If your PC has a single headset jack, then it's compatible with the PX24 SuperAmp. If your PC has separate headphone and microphone jacks, then you'll need a PC splitter cable to connect the SuperAmp to your computer for both headphone and microphone use.

The PC Splitter Cable is available for purchase on our website here:

You may also buy this type of cable from a 3rd party vendor. Please note that we cannot guarantee full functionality of 3rd party cables.

NOTE: The SuperAmp's included USB Cable does not input/output audio for the PX24. It is for charging only.

Was it really too much to ask for to include the PC splitter cable in the initial purchase? Really? I mean you advertise it as a PS4/Xbox/PC compatible not PS4/Xbox/ and PC with needed extras. :L It's even OUT OF STOCK! Come on! Seriously making me feel like I wasted my money on this, going back to PX22's at least I won't have to worry about having to fork extra over for a item that should've came with it. e.e

The PX24 is a multi-platform headset, and was designed to be used with a variety of platforms, devices, and consoles. This includes the Xbox One and PS4 consoles, PCs/Macs, and mobile devices. Most of those devices and consoles only have a single jack for both headset audio and mic audio, including some computers; a PS Splitter Cable would not be necessary for the majority of the platforms the headset is compatible with.

The exception to that would be PCs with separate headset audio and mic audio jacks; in those cases, the headset would need a PC Splitter Cable to be used with those PCs (said cable is, at the moment, currently available for purchase on the TB Webstore).

The only problem I am having is that once the amp is turned on only the mic portion of the headset actually works. Once I turn off the amp the speakers on the headset work but the mic does not.

Once I take off the amp and plug only the headset in everything works. Don't understand why the amp is messing everything up.

Even on my phone when the amp is turned on I cant hear anything but turn it off and the sound comes through.

Maybe I'm dumb and am missing something about this product idk. Whats the point of the amp tho?

Okay so it turns out I am actually just really dumb. I had the master volume on the amp turned all the way down. Disregard this comment....
