Order Confirmation Email Not Received

IMPORTANT! Make sure that your email address is correct and unblocked in order to receive your Order Confirmation Email and Tracking info from FedEx.

An Order Confirmation Email is automatically generated and emailed by our web store as soon as an order has completed the checkout process. If you do not receive that email, the email address used to place the order may have been misspelled or the confirmation email was sent to your Spam/Junk folder.

For Gmail only: Our emails may be filtered to your 'Social' or 'Promotions' tabs. Make sure to check those for the order confirmation email.

When submitting an on-line order please make sure that:
   -  You use the correct spelling of your email address
   -  Do NOT use www. in front of an email address
   -  You use the correct 3 letter extension:
          .COM is different than .NET or .ORG (remember; Computers are not forgiving)
