Products purchased from Turtlebeach.com: Please respond to your Order Confirmation email or send an email to sales@turtlebeach.com with your Order Number within 30 days from the purchase date.

Products purchased from Retail Store/Authorized Sellers: please fill out a Support Form or send an email to support@turtlebeach.com within 30 days from the purchase date.
