PX22 - No Game Audio On PS3 - Sound Settings

This article concerns PS3 Sound Settings for all PS3 compatible headsets.

If you have your PS3 connected to your TV via HDMI and you are unable to hear game audio through your headset, please check the following settings:

-  Go to Settings > Sound Settings > Audio Output Settings
-  Change HDMI to Audio Input Connector/SCART/AV MULTI.
-  Go to Settings > Sound Settings > Audio Multi-Output, and turn this feature ON.

If you still don't hear game audio after checking the settings above:

- When connecting a stereo headset to a PS3 while using HDMI, you must also use the PS3 AV Cable that came with your PS3. Connect your Turtle Beach RCA Splitter Cable to the white/red plugs of the PS3 AV cable.

If you still cannot hear game audio through your headset, please Contact our Support Team for further assistance.
